1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Auto Advisor (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Advisory Services
The Auto Advisor provides automotive information, specifications, variant comparisons, and expert opinions for educational and guidance purposes. While we strive for absolute accuracy:
- On-road prices, registration taxes, insurance estimates, and waiting periods are subject to change by vehicle manufacturers and local authorities without prior notice.
- Final vehicular pricing and loan approvals are determined solely by authorized dealerships and financial institutions.
3. User Accounts & Security
When creating an account via Google OAuth or Email OTP, you agree to provide authentic and accurate details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All editorial content, reviews, automotive graphics, logos, and custom code on The Auto Advisor are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or scraping of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
