Ford India decided to shut down the manufacturing of their units in India due to the high competition and other global factors affecting their sales market. Ford's product portfolio in India included Figo, Aspire, Freestyle, EcoSport, Endeavour. Before the shutdown decision once a time the company had a good grip on the Indian market in terms of sales and other aspects but as for now, the company's future is destined for other gateways.
