New GLS facelift launched

Mercedes Benz launched GLS facelift at the price of 1.32 crore

Two variants are on offer

  • GLS 450 for 1.32 crore
  • GLS 450d for 1.37 crore

Mercedes-Benz GLS was globally debut in April last year.

Exterior

Mercedes-Benz GLS facelift is updated with some minor changes like, it gets a replaced grille with two horizontal strips with four, new DRL, redesigned front bumper, new signature block pattern Tail lights, 21inch alloy, and offered with five colour options- Polar White, Selenite Grey, Sodalite Blue, High-Tech Silver & Obsidian Black

Interior

Mercedes-Benz GLS is offered with three choices of interior-Beige, Black & Brown, all finished in faux leather, new steering wheel with haptic feedback buttons, latest MBUX system which more usability on & offroad, 360-degree camera, revised adjustable Air suspension & equipped with ADAS now.

Features

Wireless charging, Rear seat comfort package offered as Standard, Heated and cooled seats, Head Restraints, front seat controls at back to increase legroom, Electric sunblind’s, two-11.6-inch entertainment screens and a tablet to control features.

Powertrain

Mercedes-Benz GLS is offered with two engine options one petrol and one diesel,

-Petrol engine is a 3.0 litre 6-cylinder unit which produces 381 hp and 500nm torque.

- Diesel is a 3.0 litre 6-cylinder unit which produces 367 hp and 700nm of torque  

Both motors are coupled with a Mild-Hybrid System, it offers additional 20hp and 200nm torque integrated with starter generator (ISG), and mated with 9-speed automatic gearbox which sends power to all-four wheels, also GLS has water wading capacity of 500nm.
