Jeep is about to launch its flagship SUV on the 11th of November

Jeep has confirmed its flagship SUV to be launched in India this November, Cherokee will be assembled in India's Ranjangaon facility. It can be estimated at a price of 80 lakhs (ex-showroom). This will be the 4th and the flagship product of the Jeep in India, Cherokee will compete in India with BMW X5, Audi Q7, Mercedes-Benz GLE, and Volvo XC90.

Features:

The All-new Cherokee gets ADAS features and massive 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment and another separate touchscreen for the co-driver, leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, a head-up display, a powered tailgate, and a humongous panoramic sunroof as well.

Powertrain:

The India-spec Cherokee will be offered with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox, Jeep is yet to announce power figures but we can expect four-wheel drive and multiple modes like- Auto, Sport, Mud/Sand, and Snow. Cherokee has Jeep’s Selec-Terrain management technology to handle various road conditions.
